| The objective was to build the first such laboratories in Thailand certified to international standard as required by the US National Institute for Health (NIH) and Center for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC). This project required the involvement of many contractors, consultants and specialists, thus extensive coordination, a transparent cost planning & control, rigorous supervision & validation was required to successfully realize this high standard project |
